To support us, we are now looking for an exceptional individual who can join our team and grow Fairlo with us. We would like to find someone who is experienced in paid user acquisition and who can lead the work both on a strategic and operational level. This role will be very critical for our success and therefore we hope to see you grow into a broader role as we successfully deliver on our mission to make financial services truly fair for everybody.

We believe in sharing our success with our team, hence you will be able to take part in our coming stock option programs.

What is the challenge?

Below are some of the things we think you will be spending time on when joining our team:

  • Design, manage, implement and iterate on digital acquisition marketing strategies. 
  • Manage monthly marketing spend by analysing data, making sure money is well spent.
  • Always one step ahead, being proactive and coming up with recommendations on how to improve our user growth across our digital marketing channels.
  • Develop our agency relationships by setting goals, providing media assets, performance feedback, and managing budgets.
  • Manage creative assets, ads, and landing page testing schedules to drive improved campaign results.
  • Work with our product team to make sure that growth is built in the product. Making sure that user experience and onboarding is frictionless and make recommendations on how to improve conversion rates in the onboarding process of new customers.

Who are you?

We think you love numbers and have strong analytical mindset as well as a great interest in marketing. Some previous work experience in digital user acquisition is a must. Having worked with many different platforms such as Google Analytics and Facebook's paid advertising platform will of course be essential to be successful in this role as well as strong written and oral communication skills both in Swedish and English. 

We would like you to have at least a B.Sc. degree, preferably in marketing, mathematics or other relevant field.
