What made you want to join Fairlo?
It was really the combination of purpose, values, and people. Fairlo stands out in how genuinely we treat our customers - with respect, transparency, and care. I believe strongly in helping people in a constructive and supportive way, and Fairlo feels like a place where that mindset is not just talked about, but truly lived in everyday work. I'm excited to be part of shaping how Fairlo works with collections in a way that really reflects our values, and help develop clear, transparent, and customer-friendly processes.
You have a strong background in collections and case handling. What do you enjoy most about that?
I enjoy working closely with people and helping them move forward. Taking ownership of a case from start to finish, creating structure, and explaining things clearly is very motivating for me. When customers feel understood and well guided, everything becomes easier. Good communication builds trust, and trust is the foundation for long-term, positive solutions.
Your background is quite unique, especially your time working with hearing-impaired children. How has that shaped you?
It has shaped me deeply, both professionally and personally. It taught me patience, empathy, and how important it is to truly listen. Communication is so much more than words - it’s about adapting, being present, and meeting each person where they are. That experience has stayed with me and influences how I approach every customer interaction today.
