Unfair rates, hidden fees and rigid terms characterise today’s financial industry. We want to change that. That's why we set a clear goal for ourselves – to create fair financial services.
We’ve come far. With the aid of cutting-edge technology, we've created easy-to-use services that continually beat traditional banks, popular credit cards, and checkout solutions alike. But we’re nowhere near where we want to be. Our ambition is to help millions of people get access to sustainable finances.

- Won the yearly accelerator program at Sting (Stockholm Innovation & Growth) in 2019, amongst a group of 19 hot startups.
- Put down roots in the UK. We'll be launching to the British public later in 2022.

Our recruitment process
We strive to be fair and transparent in everything we do. This is also exactly how we want our recruitment process to be. Your Fairlo journey begins with applying to one of our open positions or show an interest in joining us, and this is what you then can expect:

- First interview with Humans & Souls
A 30 min online video call with Carolina, Argyro or Charlotte from Humans & Souls. In this first call we’d like to introduce you to Fairlo and learn more about you.
- Logic and personality test
To promote objectivity and fairness, we work with www.evali.se to predict performance and cultural fit.
- Meet the team
In a few meetings, you’ll get to meet your manager and a few people from your team or other departments at Fairlo. It's equally important for you as a candidate to evaluate us as a future employer. That's why you get to own one of the interviews and interview us about everything you’d like to know about what it’s like working at Fairlo.
In some positions, you’ll get an exercise to complete and later discuss with the team.
Prepare two people that you have worked closely with, preferably at least one manager. We'll give them a call to hear more about their experiences of working with you.
