First interview with Humans & Souls A 30 min online video call with Carolina, Argyro or Charlotte from Humans & Souls. In this first call we’d like to introduce you to Fairlo and learn more about you.
Logic and personality test To promote objectivity and fairness, we work with www.evali.se to predict performance and cultural fit.
Meet the team In a few meetings, you’ll get to meet your manager and a few people from your team or other departments at Fairlo. It's equally important for you as a candidate to evaluate us as a future employer. That's why you get to own one of the interviews and interview us about everything you’d like to know about what it’s like working at Fairlo.
Case In some positions, you’ll get an exercise to complete and later discuss with the team.
References Prepare two people that you have worked closely with, preferably at least one manager. We'll give them a call to hear more about their experiences of working with you.
