What drew you to Fairlo?
What really stood out to me was the ambition - building something meaningful within fintech, but with a clear focus on doing things better and challenging the status quo. I like environments where there’s both a strong vision and room to challenge how things are done. Fairlo felt like a place where there’s a strong direction and where I get the opportunity to contribute in a tangible way.

You’ve had a broad journey across product and leadership - how does that shape how you work?
I approach product with a “mini-CEO mindset,” thinking beyond features to overall value creation - including user impact, cost, and long-term direction. Having worked with full ownership across both strategy and execution, I’m very focused on prioritization and making sure we invest time and resources on what actually moves the needle

What kind of product environment do you thrive in?
I do my best work when there’s a clear vision, defined mandate, and the trust to operate independently. I enjoy working closely with developers and keeping a strong focus on what actually creates impact. I also believe in challenging assumptions - not for the sake of it, but to ensure we’re continuously improving and making better decisions.

What motivates you in your day-to-day work?
Progress and tangible results. Seeing a product evolve, users engage more, and metrics move in the right direction is what drives me. I’m motivated by building things that create real value and being able to clearly track that impact over time.
