Why did you decide to join Fairlo?

What drew me in was Fairlo's value-driven approach. It's rare to see a company that not only has a powerful mission but integrates it so genuinely into every decision. The chance to be part of a team that takes fairness and transparency seriously resonated with me.

You have worked both as a product manager and a designer. How does that influence your work?

Having sat on both sides of the table, my focus is always on the balanced outcome: building something that is not only beautiful and intuitive for users but also robust and viable for the business.

What excites you most about your role at Fairlo?

Without a doubt, it’s the opportunity to build something from the ground up. The chance to influence nearly every aspect of the design process - from strategy and systems to the final user experience - is an incredibly rare and exciting prospect. It will be both challenging and immensely rewarding to help set the foundation for what great design means at Fairlo.

What drives your design philosophy?

For me, the starting point is always a sense of curiosity about people. My goal is always to deeply understand them and translate that insight into an experience that feels intuitive, smooth, and beautiful. We've all used a product that is so well-crafted it's a genuine pleasure to use. My driving passion is to recreate that feeling of trust and effortlessness for others through my work.
