What drew you to QA?
For me, QA isn’t just about finding bugs, it’s about building trust. Every product we release carries our name, our values, and our promise to customers. Quality assurance means standing for that promise. It’s making sure every feature not only works but feels right, that users can rely on what we build. I love being part of that bridge between technology and people - making sure innovation meets reliability.
What made you choose Fairlo?
Fairlo’s story inspired me. The idea of using technology to make finance transparent and flexible, and doing it through a culture of care and collaboration, immediately stood out. I’ve worked in many industries, but I’ve rarely seen a company where the 𝘸𝘩𝘺 behind the product is so clear and genuine.
Why is QA such an important part of Fairlo’s mission?
Because trust is everything we offer. Customers trust us with their financial wellbeing, and that trust depends on quality in every detail, from how an API behaves to how a message reads. QA ensures that we can move fast while staying safe, innovate without losing stability, and grow without losing what makes Fairlo special. In short, it’s about making sure our promises hold true every single day.
What do you value most about working at Fairlo?
The people and the openness. There’s a genuine curiosity here, everyone listens, shares ideas, and helps each other grow. It’s a place where quality isn’t just the QA team’s responsibility - it’s everyone’s. That shared mindset creates an environment where you can truly take pride in what you build, and where work feels purposeful.
