Meet Konstantinos, our new Quality Assurance Engineer

What made you want to join Fairlo?
What attracted me to Fairlo was the combination of purpose, product, and people. I already had a good impression of the company through the local tech community and from hearing about both the product and the culture. Fairlo stood out to me as a place with strong values, clear ambition, and a real focus on building something meaningful for customers. I was especially drawn to the idea of joining a team where quality matters, where there’s trust, professionalism, and also a human side - where people enjoy working together and feel proud of what they are building.

You’ve worked across product, customer success, and tech - how does that shape the way you approach QA?
It gives me a broader perspective on quality. I don’t see QA as something that happens at the end, but as a natural part of building a great product from the start. Because I’ve worked closely with product development, customer needs, and technical implementation, I tend to look at quality holistically - from business logic and user journeys to edge cases and system behaviour. That helps me test beyond the obvious and think about how everything connects.

What do you enjoy most about working with quality?
What I enjoy most is creating confidence. Good QA is not only about finding bugs - it’s about helping the team move forward with trust in what we are building. I like understanding how things work in depth, identifying risks early, and making sure the final product feels stable, well thought through, and valuable for the user. I’m naturally curious, so I enjoy digging into details and challenging things from different angles to make the product stronger.
