What sparked your passion for credit and risk?

I’ve always been fascinated by how data and technology can make finance more human. My background spans both fintech and traditional banking, where I’ve worked hands-on with everything from credit rules and pricing to PSD2 data integration and decision automation. What drives me is finding that sweet spot - where smart risk management and fairness meet. For me, credit isn’t just about numbers; it’s about understanding people and creating financial solutions that work responsibly for them.

What motivates you at work?

What motivates me most is building things that matter. I love taking an idea and shaping it into something real, that improves how we work and helps customers in meaningful ways. At Fairlo, I get to combine analytical thinking with creativity and purpose. We’re in a phase where we’re scaling up, experimenting, and defining new standards, and being part of that journey, where every contribution counts, is incredibly rewarding.
